West Coast Lady (Vanessa annabella)

At least, I think it is (vs. a Painted Lady). The submargin spot colouration on the hind wing and white spotting pattern on the fore wing are my indicators, but I'm not a butterfly expert by any stretch -- corrections w. rationale are welcome.
